I love Eric Carle. I love that he made this book, I love that he has a collection of amazing books, I love his illustrations, I love Eric Carle. My favorite part about the very hungry caterpillar is the pages talk about the days of the week and how many of each fruit he ate on every day and then how he became very fat. This book brings back memories of I wanna say 3rd or 4th grade maybe when we had caterpillars in our classroom and how they turned into butterflies. I remember my teacher reading this book to us. I can't wait to use this book in cooperation with a lesson plan in my own classroom... at least I hope I get the chance to... because as I said before I love Eric Carle.
