The Cat in the Hat

I haven't read the cat in the hat in the longest time and forgot how good it is. Dr. Seuss is such a great writer. I honestly do not know how every time he writes he is able rhyme so beautifully. He is also so creative. Like how do you come up with thing 1 and thing 2. I also like the color scheme of the illustrations. The only colors that seem to be used are red, turquoise and black and white. I don't know how we picked those but he did and they somehow work. Dr. Seuss is definitely a favorite author to add to my personal collection.
